Kami M. Lizarraga
Kami Lizarraga is an associate in Weil’s Appellate and Complex Commercial Litigation practices, where she focuses on litigating appeals in state and federal courts on a wide range of subjects, including constitutional law, contract, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and administrative law issues.

Ms. Lizarraga also maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal assistance to organizations including the Office of the Appellate Defender, the Legal Aid Society, New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, and Citizens Union of the City of New York. In the course of her pro bono work, she has authored several appellate briefs and argued an appeal before a state intermediate appellate court.

Prior to joining Weil, Ms. Lizarraga served as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Pauley III of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Lizarraga received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the Robert Stephen Haft Moot Court Prize for best appellate brief. She received a B.S. in mathematics summa cum laude from Andrews University.
