Joy Dineo
Joy Dineo is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust/Competition group, where she counsels on many facets of antitrust practice, including government and internal investigations, complex civil litigations, and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked on teams representing clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods and retail, pharmaceuticals, publishing, television broadcasting and sports entertainment, and water chemicals.

Ms. Dineo is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association as well as a member of the National LGBT Bar Association. She focuses her pro bono practice on representing LGBT individuals seeking asylum who have fled violence and persecution in their country of origin due to their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Ms. Dineo received her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law, where she was a member of the Bartlit Center National Trial Team. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where Ms. Dineo was a Renaissance Scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
