Ms. Ramos has been part of teams representing and advising clients in a wide variety of intellectual property and media matters including copyright, trademark, music licensing, false advertising, and trade secrets. She’s also worked on a range of complex commercial disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, tortious interference, and fraudulent transfer claims.
Ms. Ramos has an active pro bono practice and is also actively involved in various diversity initiatives at the Firm, including Latinos@Weil. Additionally, she participates in Weil’s Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City workplace mentoring program.
Ms. Ramos obtained her B.A. cum laude in Political Science from Yale University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School where she served as Intake Director and S.J.C. 3:03 Counsel at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
