Jennifer Johnson is an associate in the Structured Finance and Derivatives practice at the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Her practice focuses on Dodd-Frank and CFTC regulatory compliance as well as securities lending transactions and transactions involving credit and equity derivatives, forward contracts and options, puts and calls, and foreign exchange, total return, and interest rate swaps. She also has experience with cross-border and domestic CLOs as well as auto loan and rental car fleet securitizations.
Jennifer received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2014, where she served on The Review of Litigation and as a Hargrave Society Mentor. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from East Carolina University in 2011.
