Jennifer Johnson is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Ms. Johnson participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the sale, acquisition, financing, development, management and leasing of various types of commercial real estate properties.
Ms. Johnson was previously a member of the Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and focused on Dodd-Frank and CFTC regulatory compliance as well as securities lending transactions and transactions involving credit and equity derivatives, forward contracts and options, puts and calls, and foreign exchange, total return, and interest rate swaps. She also has experience with cross-border and domestic CLOs as well as auto loan and rental car fleet securitizations.
Jennifer received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2014, where she served on The Review of Litigation and as a Hargrave Society Mentor. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from East Carolina University in 2011.
