Mr. Curioni earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (commonly known as Sciences Po), one of France’s preeminent universities. He obtained a master’s degree in international relations from Columbia University and started his career at the World Bank, coordinating with United Nations agencies to promote economic development programs. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where he served as an Article Editor on the Boston University Law Review and published a note entitled “Interest Balancing and International Abstention,” 93 B.U. L. Rev. 621 (2013).
He is fluent in French and Italian.
