Erin Cartledge
Erin Cartledge is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Finance group in the New York office. Her practice focuses on advising borrowers, leading private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of investment grade and leveraged financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, working capital facilities and restructurings.

Ms. Cartledge also counsels pro bono clients on not-for-profit corporation law, general corporate governance and financing arrangements.

Ms. Cartledge received her law degree (with first class honors) from The University of Sydney in 2008, where she served as an editor for the Sydney Law Review. Prior to joining Weil in 2014, Ms. Cartledge worked as a senior associate in the Sydney office of a leading international firm.
