Erika Kaneko
Erika G. Kaneko is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Finance group in the New York office. Her practice focuses on advising borrowers, leading private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, mezzanine facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, working capital facilities and debt restructuring transactions (including debtor-in-possession financing).

Ms. Kaneko maintains an active pro bono practice, including matters with the Innocence Project, the Red Hook Initiative, the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice and the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture.

Prior to entering law, Ms. Kaneko worked in management consulting and leadership development. Ms. Kaneko received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as Executive Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She received her A.B., cum laude, from Princeton University.
