Elodie Fabre is an associate in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on Business, Finance and Restructuring transactions.
Ms. Fabre acts in various types of transactions from assistance to companies facing insolvency proceedings to curved-out of under-performing subsidiaries of groups. She is also involved in bank negotiations through the setting up of amicable proceedings.
She also advises investors seeking investment opportunities in judicial and out-of-court restructuring matters.
Ms. Fabre joined the Firm in 2006 after spending one year in the restructuring department of Willkie Farr & Gallager and two years with a Court ordered practitioner.
She graduated from EM Lyon business school in 1998 and received a Maîtrise of business law in 2003 (Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne).
She was involved in the restructuring of companies such as Mory, Morgan, Nexia, Batisanté, Parisot, Mory Ducros, Locatel and in a large number of amicable proceedings.
Ms Fabre is a member of the Bar in Paris. Her native language is French and she is also fluent in English.
