- Represented Leucadia National Corporation in its $500 million acquisition of securities of Fortescue Metals Group, Ltd, and Australian Stock Exchange listed company.
- Represented Leucadia National Corporation in multiple public financings through the issuance of senior debt, convertible subordinated debt, subordinated debt and public equity.
- Represented LUK-Ranch Entertainment, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Leucadia National Corporation, in its $89 million acquisition of control of Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC, d/b/a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi, from AA Capital Equity Fund, L.P. and AA Capital Co-Investment Biloxi, L.P.
