Dániel Rácz
Dániel Rácz is an associate specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Rácz has been involved in local and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, employment, finance and tax matters.

Mr. Rácz has experience advising clients on various domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions transactions in the energy, life science and media and telecommunications sectors. His recent works include conducting due diligence reviews, as well as drafting transaction documents and shareholders’ agreements.

Mr. Rácz has also helped advise clients on general employment matters and other specialized areas, including collective redundancies as well as domestic and cross-border labor law-related transactions such as company reorganizations and outsourcing.

Prior to joining Weil in 2014, Mr. Rácz worked for another leading international law firm for three years where he gained experience in mergers & acquisitions, finance and tax matters. During his university studies, Mr. Rácz was a member of Bibó István College for Advanced Studies. He was awarded first price in the Constitutional Law section of the National Competition of Hungarian Universities (OTDK) in 2009 and a special award in the Fiscal and Financial law section at OTDK in 2011.

Mr. Rácz is fluent in English, French and German in addition to his native Hungarian.
