Daniel R. Cohl is an associate in Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice in the Firm’s New York office.
Mr. Cohl received his B.A., magna cum laude, in English and Communications from Oglethorpe University. He received his J.D. with high honors from Emory University School of Law, where he was an Editor of the Emory Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif. During his time at Emory, Mr. Cohl completed an externship with Fox Television Studios and an internship with the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia. Mr. Cohl also previously served as a Fellow in the United States Senate under South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham.
