Chris has experience advising major financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporates on a variety of cross-border financings, with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.
Chris is also experienced in advising non-bank lenders in both new money and distressed situations.

- Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Barclays as lenders to Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division on its acquisition of, together with Koch Industries Inc., Luxembourg-based Flint Group, the global supplier of inks and other print consumables
- Barclays, HSBC, IKB Deutsche Industriebank and UBS as lenders on the credit facilities for Fitness First Limited, the operator of gyms and health and fitness clubs primarily in the U.K. and Asia
- JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as lenders on the merger of the coffee business of Mondelēz International and D.E Master Blenders 1753, creating the world’s leading pure-play coffee company with annual revenues of more than $7 billion
