Chen Sheng is an associate in the firm's corporate group in Shanghai. Chen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law where she was the articles editor of the Elder Law Journal. While in law school, Chen served as a judicial intern for Hon. Colin S. Bruce at the U.S. Court for the Central District of Illinois. Chen received her B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Wesleyan College, graduating with Award for Academic Excellence (ranked number one in graduating class). Chen has been an editor of Frontiers of Law in China (English edition) since 2014, in which she provides editorial advice regarding content and style, a majority being sections relevant to U.S. law.
Prior to joining the firm's Shanghai office, she focused on transactional practice at another international law firm in Chicago.
