Barry Frank is a retired partner in the Real Estate practice of the Miami office. He handles all manner of sophisticated financing, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, construction and related matters for the Firm's institutional client base. Before joining Weil in 1985, he was a name partner in Myers, Kenin, Levinson, Frank & Richards. Barry has particular experience in the structuring and negotiation of complex real estate transactions. For example, he was counsel to Citibank, N.A. with respect to the original financing of Joe Robbie Stadium.
