Audrey Maness
Audrey Maness is an associate in the Houston office of Weil Gotshal & Manges, and focuses her practice on patent litigation.
Ms. Maness has been with Weil since September 2008. She has extensive experience with ANDA litigation, and has worked on cases involving a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including antibiotics, anti-asthma and anti-allergy medications, dermatologics, and others. Ms. Maness has also been involved in several matters involving high-throughput DNA sequencing and related technologies.

Ms. Maness graduated from Central Michigan University in 2004 with a B.S. in Economics, and worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician while obtaining her undergraduate degree. Ms. Maness earned her J.D. at Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 2007. While at Pepperdine, Ms. Maness served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and as a research assistant for Dean Ken Starr. Following graduation, Ms. Maness clerked for the Honorable Steven M. Colloton, Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Ms. Maness was named a “Texas Rising Star” in both 2014 and 2015.
