Athene Chanter is an associate in the Antitrust/Competition department in Paris, where she advises on all aspects of EU and French Competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, restrictive practices and market dominance.
Prior to joining Weil in 2015, Athene worked for a top international firm in Paris.
Athene read Italian and German at the University of Montpellier and later went on to complete the GDL and LPC at the College of Law in London.
Athene was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2010. She is bilingual in English and French.
