Since joining Weil’s Budapest office in 2010, Ms. Csenterics has advised a number of major international and domestic companies in a range of business sectors in her mergers & acquisitions and private equity practices.
Prior to joining Weil, Ms. Csenterics was a member of the board of directors of InterCom International Communications Services Ltd., where she was responsible for the legal affairs and financial administration of the InterCom group. Ms. Csenterics was earlier an attorney with another leading international law firm where she represented major clients including the Four Seasons hotel group, Westel, Győri - Hungary’s largest snack foods producer, Swietelsky - a major international construction firm headquartered in Austria, and the U.S. Embassy.
Earlier she worked for Coopers & Lybrand, where she oversaw the merger with Price Waterhouse in Hungary, later becoming a legal counsel for the newly merged PricewaterhouseCoopers. During her time with Coopers & Lybrand, Ms. Csenterics represented the company in corporate and employment matters, harmonized legal practices with international standards and developed risk management policies.
Ms. Csenterics has lectured and written on private equity for domestic and international audiences.
Ms. Csenterics is fluent in English in addition to her native Hungarian.
