Alison Carrizales is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Finance group. Her practice focuses on advising borrowers, leading private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of investment grade and leveraged financing transactions, including asset-based loans, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and working capital facilities.
Ms. Carrizales is actively involved in the Firm’s pro bono efforts, including representing several Iraqi refugees through the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project and Central American juveniles in removal proceedings through Sanctuary for Families.
Ms. Carrizales received her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013 where she served as Managing Editor of the Cornell Law Review and Associate Editor of the Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2008.
