Adam Benyocs
Ádám Benyőcs is an associate specializing in dispute resolution, including litigation and international arbitration. He also assists clients in employment and intellectual property law-related matters.

Since joining Weil’s Budapest office in 2010, Mr. Benyőcs’ has gained substantial experience in litigation and arbitration, including representing clients in cross-border and domestic disputes before ICSID and ICC arbitral tribunals as well as Hungarian courts, including the Supreme Court.

Mr. Benyőcs has particular experience in energy law-related arbitration and litigation cases and employment law-related litigations, along with domestic court proceedings concerning the setting aside and enforcement of awards rendered by arbitral tribunals.

In addition, Mr. Benyőcs has also been involved in several mergers and acquisitions related-matters and has regularly advised clients on general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Weil, Mr. Benyőcs interned with two leading Hungarian law firms in Budapest.

Mr. Benyőcs is fluent in English and German in addition to his native Hungarian.
