Penny Reid is a trial lawyer and handles complex civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States including securities fraud, class actions and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Reid also has extensive experience in handling large domestic and international arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She has an accounting background and as a result, handles a number of litigations involving accounting disputes, as well as internal investigations for major corporations. She has argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals and the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas.
Ms. Reid is a member of the ABA, the New York City Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association. Ms. Reid is a current member of the National Board for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the New York Chapter Make-A-Wish Advisory Board. She has written and spoken on arbitration and handling of complex litigation.
