Pawel Zdort is a partner in the firm's Corporate Department and based in the Warsaw office. Since graduating with first-class honours from Warsaw University (Faculty of Law and Administration) in 1998 and being admitted to practice in Poland, he has specialized in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. His clients include public and private companies, private equity funds, underwriters of securities and other entities in a variety of industries, and he has worked on projects involving mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international public offerings of securities, privatizations, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and financing transactions. He also has wide experience in corporate governance and takeover defense issues.
Mr Zdort has repeatedly been recommended by Chambers Europe as one of the leading Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets specialists in Poland.
