Pawel A. Rymarz is the managing partner of Weil’s Warsaw Office. Prior to joining Weil Gotshal, he practiced in his own firm. Mr. Rymarz specializes in corporate matters, restructuring, and securities law.
In addition to serving as an advisor in numerous privatizations and investments in private entities, he has represented strategic and financial investors and managed complex transformations of the corporate structures of Polish companies. Mr. Rymarz has represented numerous foreign investors in connection with their investments in Poland and the establishment of their corporate structures, as well as many Polish clients in their major international transactions. In addition to advising banks on various credit and security arrangements, Mr. Rymarz has advised issuers and investment banks in connection with domestic and international issuances of securities in public and private offerings, and represented two managers of the National Investment Funds in negotiations with the Ministry of Privatization. He is also one of the lead advisors to the biggest private telecommunications company in Poland.
