P.J. McCarthy is an associate with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP based in the Washington, DC office. His practice is focused on patent litigation and appellate advocacy.
While attending law school, P.J. was a Dean’s Scholar and a recipient of the Herzog Academic Scholarship. He was Executive Lead Articles Editor for The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law and a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Council.
P.J. is admitted to practice in Illinois as well as before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
