Patrick Joy is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Boston office. Mr. Joy focuses on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate matters relating to the portfolio companies of private equity clients.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Joy worked as a journalist in Vermont and the Caribbean.
