Olivia Zimmerman Miller is an associate in the Litigation Department of the firm’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Employment Litigation practice groups.
Ms. Miller has experience working on complex commercial litigation, employment matters, and internal investigations in a broad variety of suits in federal and state court, including multi-district litigation, in cases involving fraud, fraudulent transfer, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duty obligations, discrimination, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets.
Ms. Miller also devotes significant time to pro bono work, primarily focusing on constitutional issues.
Ms. Miller received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was valedictorian and a member of the Loyola Law Review. She received faculty awards for achieving the highest grade in ten courses and was awarded the 2010 American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Miller graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as an Army officer for 5 years, including a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While a cadet at West Point, Ms. Miller interned at the United States Supreme Court and represented the United States Army at the International Law of War Conference in Sam Remo, Italy.
After law school, Ms. Miller interned at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, Family Violence Division.
Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
