Olivia Zimmerman Miller is an associate in the Litigation Department of the firm’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Miller served five years active duty as a United States Army Officer, including a deployment to Kuwait in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She received her military commission upon graduation from the United States Military Academy. While a cadet at West Point, Ms. Miller interned at the United States Supreme Court and represented the United States Army at the International Law of War Conference in Sam Remo, Italy.
Ms. Miller received her JD, summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was valedictorian and a member of the Loyola Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Miller received faculty awards for achieving the highest grade in ten courses and was honored as a William Crowe scholar. She also was awarded the 2010 American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence.
After law school, Ms. Miller interned at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, Family Violence Division.
Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
