Treasury & Risk magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in Finance for 2012. The list, comprising individuals who have impacted the world of finance and treasury, appears in the magazine’s June 2012 issue.
Ms. Gregory is one of the foremost authorities on corporate governance, advising global public and private companies on governance best practices, domestic and cross-border listing requirements, and other regulatory compliance issues. She works with boards and upper management on such issues as risk oversight, special investigations, board audits and self-evaluation processes, shareholder initiatives and proxy contests. She is recognized as an early leader in international corporate governance, producing seminal research on comparative governance schemes in the US, Europe and emerging markets, playing a key role in drafting the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and advising the European Commission on corporate governance codes.
