Weil partners Marcia L. Goldstein and Holly J. Gregory were recognized as the leading female lawyers in their respective fields at
Euromoney Legal Media Group’s inaugural Americas Women in Business Law Awards 2012. Ms. Gregory, a partner in the Corporate Department who focuses her practice on advising companies on corporate governance issues, was named “Best in Corporate Governance.” Ms. Goldstein, who is the chair of Weil’s Business Finance & Restructuring group and is a member of Weil's Management Committee, was named “Best in Insolvency & Restructuring.”
The awards, which were announced at a ceremony at Essex House in New York City on May 24, 2012, were based on peer review research conducted by
Euromoney’s research team that assessed both professional accomplishments and advocacy and influence within practice specialties.
