Individual winners are judged on their professional accomplishments over the last 12 months and advocacy and influence. The firm awards celebrate the best initiatives for gender diversity, innovation, minority women, mentoring, work-life balance, pro bono work and talent management. The awards ceremony will take place on June 20, 2012 in London, England.
