The London office of global law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges has been nominated for the Lawyer Awards 2012 in several categories:
- International Law Firm of the Year
- Banking & Finance Team of the Year for advising on the restructuring of MF Global
- Assistant Solicitor of the Year - Stephen Fox
The nominees were selected from among hundreds of entries by an expert panel of judges, who remarked that the "standard of entries this year was exceptional – those making the shortlist are true market leaders." The winners of the awards will be announced at a ceremony at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on June 26, 2012.
