Global law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges has been shortlisted by the
International Tax Review for its 2012 European Tax Awards. Nominations for the awards, now in their seventh year, were announced on April 4. The awards will be based on deal size, innovation, and complexity.
Weil is nominated in the following pan-European categories:
- European M&A Tax Team of the Year
- European Media & Entertainment Tax Team of the Year
- US Law Firm in Europe
The
International Tax Review monthly publication focuses on cross-border tax issues and, in addition to news and analysis, provides commentary on developments in different jurisdictions around the world. The winners of the 2012 European Tax Awards will be announced at the Dorchester Hotel in London on May 16, and a feature on the winners and runners-up will appear in the June 2012 issue of the magazine.
