Weil Corporate partner Kelly Dybala was named among the winners of the 2012 40 Under 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards for the Western Region. The awards, announced on April 16, recognize attorneys under the age of 40 for their accomplishments and expertise in M&A and finance, and aim to promote mentorship and professional development among emerging business leaders.
Ms. Dybala is a member of Weil's highly-ranked Corporate Department and has represented a variety of clients in connection with their financing and private equity transactions, including Kinder Morgan, Advent International, and Summit Partners. She is based in the firm's Dallas office.
