Weil Business Finance & Restructuring partner Ronit J. Berkovich was named among the Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers for 2012 by
Turnarounds & Workouts magazine. Ms. Berkovich was recognized for her achievements representing the Dallas Stars in its sale of all hockey-related assets, as well as Apple in its Section 363 sale of a portfolio of 6,000 patents and patent applications of Nortel Networks. Apple was a member of the Rockstar Bidco consortium including EMC Corp., LM Ericsson, Microsoft, Research In Motion, and Sony in the winning $4.5 billion bid, topping stalking horse Google.
