Weil Advises Reverse Logistics GmbH on Sale of Vfw GmbH

The German offices of international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP advised Reverse Logistics GmbH (RLG), a portfolio company of financial investor Monitor Clipper Partners, on the sale of its stake in German waste return systems specialist Vfw GmbH to Reclay Holding GmbH and the related combination of the business divisions of both companies. RLG will become a minority shareholder of Reclay Holding GmbH, a provider of environmental and waste disposal management, as a result of the transaction. The transaction is subject to clearance by the antitrust authorities; no further details were disclosed.
