Phil Rosen, co-chair of Weil's Real Estate and Infrastructure practice groups, spoke about global trends in the real estate market, and his 29 years practicing law at Weil, in an expansive interview in the
Metropolitan Corporate Counsel. In additional to Real Estate and Infrastructure, Mr. Rosen is head of the hospitality and gaming practice, as well as separate practices in both Israel and several Middle East countries.
Speaking of the cyclical nature of the real estate market, Mr. Rosen noted that Weil has been able to maintain a balanced practice throughout several up/down cycles.
