Lehman's Emergence from Bankruptcy Profiled in IFLR

(March 22, 2012, Weil News)

The International Financial Law Review (IFLR) profiled Lehman Brothers' emergence from bankruptcy, in particular how payments to Lehman subsidiaries are to be redistributed to creditors of the parent company, in an article by Ryan Bolger that was published online on March 21, 2012.

Weil Restructuring partner Lori Fife, who was part of the team that represented Lehman throughout its chapter 11 proceeding, said “The reallocation was one of the most contentious issues for the creditors at Lehman's subsidiaries that held the majority of the company's assets."
