Weil, Gotshal & Manges secured a spot in BTI Consulting Group’s BTI Client Service A-Team 2012 report for the first time. Weil debuted at #21, posting a strong set of scores across nearly all of the report’s organizing metrics, including in the area of providing practical business advice, which is the category where the firm ranked highest.
Weil was one of six newcomers in 2011 to The BTI Client Service 30. According to the report, these new firms to the rankings “manage[d] to captivate corporate counsel with their unparalleled delivery of client service in the legal market.”
This year’s report analyzes feedback from nearly 250 corporate counsel in connection with 17 different activities helpful in determining which law firms excel at client service. Overall, the report draws on more than 3,100 client interviews conducted over the span of 11 years.
