Weil, Gotshal & Manges New York securities litigation and corporate governance partner Stephen A. Radin has been appointed to Law360’s securities editorial advisory board. The securities publication covers securities litigation, white-collar crime and corporate governance.
Mr. Radin’s practice encompasses a wide range of corporate governance matters as well as shareholder derivative and class action litigation. He is highly regarded for his authorship of “The Business Judgment Rule: Fiduciary Duties of Corporate Directors,” a four-volume, 6000 page treatise frequently cited in court decisions.
Mr. Radin also serves as the chairperson of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation Committee on Corporate Counsel Subcommittee on Corporate Governance. He has been selected in
