The Real Deal on November 2, 2009. The article discussed the efforts of top real estate lawyers in New York City who are managing the troubled deals between lenders and developers in the wake of the credit crisis. The article notes these lawyers are "on the front lines working out soured loans between developers trying to hang on to their property empires and banks trying to make themselves whole on the hundreds of millions or billions of dollars they have lent out."
