Nathan Greenblatt

Nathan Greenblatt is an associate in Weil’s Silicon Valley office. His practice specializes in patent litigation, with a focus on the technology industry. Mr. Greenblatt has been part of the teams representing marquee clients such as Apple Inc., Micron Technology, Inc., Adobe System Corp., Electronic Arts Inc., Panasonic Corp., and JVC Corp. in a wide range of forums, including federal district court, federal appellate courts, the International Trade Commission, and in international arbitrations.

Mr. Greenblatt enjoys tackling important issues at the cutting edge of the law, and has done so through publication of numerous articles, submission of amicus curiae briefs in en banc Federal Circuit proceedings, assistance to court committees revising local rules and jury instructions, and service as teaching assistant for a patent litigation class at Stanford Law School.

Mr. Greenblatt regularly works on pro bono matters and recently first-chaired a four day trial in federal court on behalf of a pro bono client. He is registered to practice before the USPTO. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Greenblatt lived in China and Germany.
