Nancy E. Lynch is Counsel to the firm and a member of the firm’s Structured Finance and Derivatives Practice. She represents issuers, underwriters, credit enhancers, and collateral managers in all aspects of privately placed and publicly offered securitization transactions.
Ms. Lynch has participated in the securitization of a broad range of asset types, including: automobile loans, automobile leases, credit card receivables, manufactured housing loans, motorcoach loans, equipment leases, dealer floorplans, and rental car fleets. She has had a particular focus on collateralized bond and loan transactions, such as synthetic, cash-flow, and hybrid CDOs (including high-yield CDOs, ABS CDOs and CDOs of CDOs), credit derivative transactions, and other structured products. Ms. Lynch has also participated in structuring commercial paper conduits, master trusts, owner trusts, and other forms of domestic and offshore special purpose vehicles.
Ms. Lynch is a member of Weil’s Financial Regulatory Reform Working Group and assists clients in the securitization industry in addressing the impact of new reform legislation on their businesses.
Ms. Lynch is active in a number of pro bono and community activities.
