Nancy Chu is an associate in the firm’s private funds practice in Shanghai. Ms. Chu regularly represents private equity fund sponsors in structuring and negotiating the terms of private investment funds, and also has experience advising clients in the formation and operation of other private investment products such as hedge funds, funds of funds, separately managed accounts and hybrid funds.
