Mirella has extensive experience on a wide range of structured finance transactions (including RMBS, CMBS, CLOs and CDOs), derivatives (both stand alone and as part of structured finance transactions), and repos.

Prior to joining Weil, Mirella gained experience working in-house at Lehman Brothers.
