Millie Warner is an associate in the firm’s Employment Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses of all areas of employment law, with particular emphasis on employee benefits/ERISA, discrimination, and restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation. She also advises employers on a wide array of employment matters, including compliance with federal and state employment laws, workplace investigations, executive employment and separation agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment law issues arising in connection with corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations.
Ms. Warner has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, food, and security services.
Ms. Warner graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University in 2001, and received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2004. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
