Melissa Meyrowitz is a Corporate associate in the Real Estate Transactions & Finance department of the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Ms. Meyrowitz’s practice involves negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions for both developers and lenders, including property acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions, equity and debt participations, and joint ventures. Her practice encompasses various forms of commercial properties including, but not limited to, vacant land, new construction, industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and nuclear and hydro energy facilities. She has also represented developers and other ongoing concerns in restructuring matters relating to real estate.
