Mark is a partner in the Banking team in Weil's London office and recently joined from Hogan Lovells. His practice spans the breadth of traditional banking products, with significant experience in cross-border financings for both sponsors and financial institutions in the leveraged finance and fund financing arenas. Whilst at his previous firm, Mark led the Fund Lending team and was co-head of their Real Estate finance initiative, developing cross-border real estate acquisition finance and fund finance practices. Mark has also led some of the most significant restructurings of recent years.

- Ares Capital Europe on their financing of the acquisition of leading Dutch optical retailer, Hansanders, by Alpha Associes and Summit Partners
- the mandated lead arrangers (ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas, ING, Lloyds, Rabobank and NIBC) on the financing of CVC's acquisition of leading Dutch payroll business RAET
- Lloyds Banking Group on the refinancing of Sir Rocco Forte's luxury hotel chain
