Margaret H. Allen is an associate in Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Employment Litigation practices. Ms. Allen’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation. Ms. Allen has litigated a variety disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country, including those involving professional malpractice, shareholder class actions, bankruptcy-related matters, employment disputes involving issues of age, military service, and overtime pay, trade secrets, and breach of contract. She has experience in litigating disputes in a variety of forums, including arbitration and mediation. She has also worked on corporate internal investigations.
Ms. Allen is a director of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Dallas Women Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association, and volunteers her time and energy to Attorneys Serving the Community and the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Programs.

- In re G-I Holdings, Inc. - Supervising litigation counsel in pending proceedings in federal district court in New Jersey declaratory judgment action concerning any successor liability of G-I’s major operating subsidiary for asbestos claims against its parent.
- In the matter of the Arbitration of MCI Worldcom Network Services Inc. v. Telephone Electronics Corporation, No. 1310015134 (JAMS) - Obtained favorable prejudgment escrow resulting in immediate settlement in favor of MCI.
