Lyuba Goltser is Counsel in the Corporate Department of the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and a member of the firm’s Public Company Advisory Group. Ms. Goltser advises US public companies and foreign private issuers on securities law issues, disclosure, executive compensation, and compliance matters, including in M&A and capital markets transactions. She also counsels corporate directors and managers on a full range of governance issues.
Ms. Goltser is also active in the firm’s representation of numerous pro bono clients.
Ms. Goltser received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Emory University School of Law, where she was a notes and comments editor on the Emory Law Journal and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Brandeis University.
