Lindsay M. Germano is an associate in the Corporate Department in the London office.
Lindsay's practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, including representation of private equity firms and companies in connection with public and private acquisitions, divestitures and investment transactions. She also advises clients on general corporate matters, including matters regarding securities laws and corporate governance. Lindsay has represented a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including Providence Equity Partners, Lindsay Goldberg, HM Capital Partners, Hicks Holdings, Susser Holdings Corporation, and General Electric Capital Corporation.
Lindsay is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and a general member of Attorneys Serving the Community. She is also a founding member of Rice Alumni Dallas, where she has served as President and a Young Alumni Co-Chair.
Lindsay received her JD cum laude from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2004, where she was President of the SMU Law Review Association. She received her BA cum laude from Rice University in 2001. She is admitted to practice in Texas.
