Lindsay M. Germano is an associate based in the Dallas office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Ms. Germano's practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, including representation of private equity firms and corporates in connection with public and private acquisitions, divestitures and other investments as well as capital markets transactions. Ms. Germano also advises clients on general corporate matters, including matters regarding securities laws and corporate governance. Ms. Germano has recently returned to Dallas from rotations in our Hong Kong and London offices.
Ms. Germano is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (she was named the 2008 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year) and a general member of Attorneys Serving the Community. She is also a member of the Rice University alumni organization where she previously served as President and Young Alumni Co-Chair of the Dallas chapter.
Ms. Germano received her J.D. cum laude from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas where she was President of the SMU Law Review Association. Ms. Germano received her B.A. cum laude from Rice University. She is admitted to practice in Texas.
