Liani Kotcher

Liani Kotcher is an associate in the firm's intellectual property & media and complex commercial litigation practice groups. Ms. Kotcher primarily represents corporations in litigation involving complex corporate transactions and internal investigations. She also has substantive experience in multi-district and class action litigations and bankruptcy litigation.

Ms. Kotcher is very active in the community. She currently serves as a director for the Fashionistas Foundation and is an active member of The Symphonix League, the San Francisco Symphony's young professional association. She is the former underwriting chairperson for Attorneys Serving the Community, chairperson for Weil's March of Dimes Initiative, and served on the fund-raising committee for WishNight for the Make a Wish Foundation of North Texas. Ms. Kotcher is also a recent graduate of the Leadership Arts program for the North Texas Business for Culture and Arts.

Ms. Kotcher received a B.A. in Public Relations with honors from The University of Florida in 2001 and her J.D. from The University of Miami School of Law in 2004, where she graduated magna cum laude, was named Order of the Coif, and served on the University of Miami Law Review and as Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
