Lei Yu is an associate in Weil's Corporate department and based in the firm's Hong Kong office. Mr. Yu focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has represented buyers, sellers and investors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliance and reorganizations. He has also represented issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Mr. Yu regularly advises companies, boards of directors and shareholders on corporate and securities law matters.
Prior to joining the firm's Hong Kong office, Mr. Yu practiced corporate and securities law with major international firms in New York.
